My practice
"Santosha", simply put, can be defined as contentment, being satisfied with the resources at hand. I liked the term for my practice because it evokes some sort of active yet serene surrender with "what is", being open to one's reality as it occurs, which is a cornerstone of the type of neurofeedback training and coaching that I do. "Santosha" invites discovering and accepting, all the while actively participating with the resources we do have at hand, knowing with confidence and satisfaction that we can and will evolve, we will never remain the same: a state of mind with profound implications for one's quality of life.
I believe and hope you can cultivate santosha through the types of neurofeedback training and/or parent coaching that I do, putting mind, brain and heart together to work for you and your loved ones.
